How to do a healthy breakfast at home or on the go

So this year so far I’ve been trying to eat healthier and it started off really well, I was drinking more water, having super healthy meals and then I got struck down with a bad cold, it was cold, dark & snowing for about a week and all I wanted to do was lay in bed and comfort eat.

I also discovered Aldi do these frozen pain au chocolate that you bake at home. Not only are they delicious, they make your home smell like a Parisian bakery. Who doesn’t love a warm chocolatey aroma???

Anyhow I’m now back on the healthy hype and starting my days with a bowl of Greek yoghurt with a dab of honey, superberry granola mixed with chia seeds, raspberries and blueberries. So basically a bowl of vitamin boosting and energy packed natural goodness.

No only does it look great, it tastes great too and makes you feel ready for the day. If I’m working I make it in a jar to take with me. It’s such a nice change from just toast or cereal and so good for you too.

So if you fancy something different I would totally recommend this as a healthy option!
