Avocado and smoked salmon on toast

I feel like I have discovered the perfect healthy lunch snack! Obviously everyone knows that avocado on toast is just delicious but sometimes it can be a tad bland. So in order to sex it up a little bit I experimented with adding smoked salmon. It so simple yet so effective!

In this particular recipe I’ve used:

  • Whole seeded bread
  • 1 ripe avocado mashed
  • Strips of smoked salmon

The combination of light fresh avocado with the smoked salmon creates a super yummy taste explosion. The seeded bread adds a texture which complements the mashed avocado perfectly.

This meal is just 400 calories and full of healthy proteins and fats, perfect for lunch!
